COASTAL RESIDENCE KINETA
2004 - A 330m2  three-storey construction was built in 2002 but was not completed In 2004 the owners requested an extension of the existing plans, an attic and a swimming pool.
The house has a breathtaking view of the Saronikos Sea in the south and a 360 degrees view of the mountains in the North. The openings in the north were small vertical rectangular windows to frame the mountain view and eliminate the north winds and on the south the windows were ceiling high glass, wall to wall to allow for the south sun to pierce the depth of the living rooms.
The neutral colour palette of the interior and the exterior, in browns, beige and greens,  reflects the surrounding environment. The ground floor apartment is covered in tuff stone tiles, a graduation from the soil to the sand coloured walls of the two-storey apartment. The railings, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures where custom made. The attic has a wooden beamed ceiling and tuscan antique ceramic tiles for a warm, rustic feel.
The focal point of the garden is the 11.00m x 5.60 m swimming pool. A covered barbeque space with a fixed dining table and a vegetable garden complete the outdoor landscape.
