Mid-century Apartment in Koukaki

2014-This 80s apartment located in the centre of one of Athen's up and coming neighbourhoods, Koukaki, The suburb has a vibrant atmosphere night and day, which reflects the owners' artistic interests.

​The idea was to bring this feeling into the apartment with colour, wood and design items. The result was a mixture of 50's greek urban apartments and art deco Miami. Nearly all furniture was second hand and restored and upholstered to fit the fusion style. 

The floorplan was redesigned so that a second bathroom and more storage space could be added. Additional light flows from one room to the next via narrow windows positioned high on the walls.
